Investment Funds

To seek investor-investment group capital resources in order to facilitate development completion of Silverlake Village Planned-Unit-Development implemented as an all inclusive Project entity, or in phases as individual Full Ownership Lodge transactions. This Venture may include Ownership and Vacation arrangements structured as a General-Limited Partnership, a Private Residence Club, or Shared-Fractional Ownership offering.

Project And Property Management

To seek a parent company to participate in this Venture as a Partner and/or Operator with access to its portfolio of similar Luxury Residences and Boutique Resort Properties located at the world’s most desirable destinations –  Beach, Mountain, Metropolitan and Golf-Leisure.

This shall include an extensive and diversified network of travel, hospitality, real estate and financial experts and technologies to perform property management, advertising and marketing, bookings and reservations, and other support service functions.  EDC to maintain an active team role as Project Developer, and administer various Property Management features throughout its development, construction and presentation.

Ownership And Vacation Options

The primary purpose of this Private Equity Investment Venture is to maximize long-term capital appreciation together with generating short-term income yields to offset operating expenses.  Project revenue sources may include a complete inventory of luxury offerings to third parties such as lodging accommodations, retreat special event functions, and owner-guest support services. 

This select group of Investors-Partners-EDC to retain an equity ownership interest position in the Venture.  In addition, each are rewarded from financial returns together with vacation-usage entitlements and services to enjoy its outstanding collection of world-class Features, Activities and Services.
